"Edited 2nd partAfter all of this happened I got a call and got an appointment for the next day and talked with Dr. Velasquez. He is an excellent doctor. And the staff there was amazing today. I got a call from the office manager Jerry. And he made a horrible situation so much better so much better I will continue to go with my dog. Thank you so much Jerry and Dr. Velasquez. And the entire staff techs staff.I have been going there for years with my dog's my dog is in pain right now and couldn't even walk on her paw. I simply asked if he can prescribe the same medication that he already prescribed to her and see maybe if he can squeeze in a visit tonight and he said no I'm thinking about changing veterinarians because this is absolutely horrible. At first I thought Dr. Schaeffer really cared but honestly I can see he really must not care. I told him my dog was in a lot of pain and then I need to see him ASAP. I'm five minutes away I could've been there by literally 7:05 PM. This is horrible. The lady at the front desk tried everything for me the staff there are great and all other vets are fantastic. But Dr. Schaeffer shame on you."
